To get connected with Sage Intacct, you could be an (a) Sage active developer partner OR (b) work with an authorized partner. Customers can enable the integration using our partner credentials if they want to.

Configuring Sage Intacct with Velan, you will need to retrieve your Sage Intacct Company ID and set up your account for the integration:
Set up the Sage Intacct Integration:
To locate your Sage Company ID, navigate to Company → Company → General Information. Please retain your company ID for future reference.
- To enable Web Services, navigate to Company → Admin → Subscriptions.
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and activate Web Services.
- Next, navigate to Company→ Setup→ Configuration to configure web services.
- Select “Company” and then “Security.”
- Select “Edit.” Scroll down to the Web Services authorization section.
- Please include your Sender ID: CdtP and set the status to Active.
- Subsequently, navigate to Company → Admin → users, roles & groups to establish a Web Services user.
- Select the circular + icon located adjacent to the Web Services users.
Please provide a genuine email address for the user you wish to authorize.
Select “Business” for the user classification.
Select “Full” for administrative privileges.
Grant the user the admin role by selecting the roles information pane. If the admin role is not present, you will need to create it and then return to this step. Select “Save” button.
Navigate to Settings ⇒ Integrations in Velan
Under Sage Intacct, select “Set up.”
Select “Continue” after checking the box labeled “I have my company ID.”
Select “Continue” after checking the box that reads “I have enabled Web Services.”
After checking the “I have configured Web Services” box, click “Continue.”.
After checking the “I have created a Web Services user” checkbox, click “Continue.”.
Then, input your Sage credentials and select “Submit.”
To submit your Sage Intacct entity, select it from the drop-down menu and click “Submit.”
Configuring the Master Data Sync (Account Code and Vendor List):
Go to Settings ⇒ Integrations.
Click on the “View” button located beneath Sage Account.
Toggle the “Start Scheduled Sync” option to “ON” on the Vendor and Account Code sections.
Preferred vendors will be established and synchronized for all new vendors.
Manual linkage to departments will be necessary for all account codes generated or synchronized using this approach.

Platform Services → Object customization → Custom fields are the method by which custom field mappings can be implemented.
Be certain to select “AP Bill” in Step 1—Choose an object to extend when adding a custom field to a Bill.
